This is the model to choose if you want a robot vacuum cleaner that also mop. It is smaller than other options and makes it more maneuverable in tight corners or under furniture. It has a 220 degree Lidar which, when combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, offers some of the best navigation and avoidance capabilities I've seen in a robotic vacuum. It has a 4600mAh battery that can last up to 170 mins when cleaning and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can be more efficient when using turbo). It will even return to its dock to replenish its battery mid-clean.
It's extremely fast and does a fantastic job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It can vacuum carpeted rooms fast, and hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, and hallways with just one sweep. Its suction motor of 8,000pa will quickly pick up sand, dirt and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects carpets and the double side brush assists in removing debris from corners.
The mopping performance, though still impressive, isn't as good. The mop rotates at a high rate and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, effortlessly scraping away dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm extends out a little more than other robots. This is useful in difficult corners or along baseboards. The front arms can also be used to sweep up larger debris, like broken toys or books.
Another nice feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've ever used. It doesn't make the same amount of noise while vacuuming or mopping and is much quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it must use a mopping solution that is proprietary and is sold separately. It is easy to set up, and it works well. However when you purchase this robot vacuum for mopping, you will need to be aware of this.
The Roborock Q Revo
The Q Revo is different from other robot vacuums in its class. It is equipped with a broad array of features that make it a great choice for homeowners looking to purchase an efficient, flexible and adaptable cleaning machine.
The device has an extremely powerful and impressive cleaning system that combines LiDAR sensors with an RGB camera to map the home and locate furniture and other obstacles. This information can be used to clean effectively and methodically. This ensures an even and thorough clean, while also being relatively quick.

We also noticed that the Matrix Plus did surprisingly well in removing pet hair. made a post was able capture the majority of hair that our cats shed and even found its way into the nooks and crannys of our stairs while other robots struggled. The noise levels of the robot were low, and there were some nice jingles to inform you that it was starting and finishing its work.
The app was too basic and you had to switch the modules every time you switched between vacuuming and mops. The app isn't able to hold multiple maps, which can be a problem when you live in a house that has a variety of floors. The Matrix Plus robot is a ideal choice for people who want a smart device that can vacuum and mop.
The Yiko X1 Omni
The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. However, it has some unique features which make it worth looking into. The X1 Omni is most notable for its massive dock that doubles as an charging base for the robot, a cleaning sink and two 4-liter water tanks. It also houses the 2.5-liter dust bin as well as the 2.5 dust bin that is 2.5 liters.
The base also comes with a set of buttons to control the system. These let you manually start a cleaning task or recall the robot or start the dock's auto-emptying process. Press two of the buttons to toggle the child lock that is a great touch for parents worried about their children playing with the vacuum.
The Omni Omni, like other robotic vacuums uses its camera to identify obstacles and furniture that are in its path. It will avoid them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.
The X1 can be prone to become stuck when it gets caught in a blockage like the power cable that is draped over a rug. It won't function until you remove it manually. While it was not common, it was a frustrating experience when it happened, especially since the X1 Omni doesn't come with an "stuck" status alert on its application.
The X1 Omni is unable to automatically switch from mopping mode to vacuuming mode during the cleaning process. You'll need to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad, except that the mopping pad doesn't get cleaned or dried between uses. This can lead to mildew and mold.
On the bright side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot, thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who dreamed up its modern and sleek base as well as mopping pad. It's a big departure from the utilitarian, all-black bases that are used by rivals like Roborock and iRobot and is a refreshing sight in a space which is dominated by clunky, boxy units.
